I like to share rich & full bread culture in Tokyo, Japan. Our main dish is rice and I’m all about keeping up with trends in healthy diet so majority of my meal are with rice bowl. However, this humble Japanese diet is for the guilt free Bakery spree when we go out.
We have many bakeries with style and fab breads.
They are pretty, but maybe bit pricey also…
When my friend came from Germany, she was most excited about the random encounter of fresh baked bread. We both studied in Australia and she was always in quest to find authentic bread (in her term), but she founds them way to easy in here. I’m so proud of our bread culture.
They often have an eatery space of have a cool cafe space. My favourite breakfast is with my friends at a bakery cafe.
