As a thank you, I’d love to share a little report from the group exhibition — the Winsor & Newton Art Club’s 3rd Anniversary Show.
The Art Club has nurtured a warm, free, and playful space for drawing and connecting with others who also love to draw — and it was such a joy to be part of this exhibition.
The show was full of colour, oddities, warmth, and wildly personal pieces. You could almost imagine the artist’s personality from each artwork, and together they created the same good vibes that define the Winsor & Newton Art Club.

My own contribution is titled “Dancing with Flowers — Mimosa”, a spring-inspired piece featuring a frog mid-dance, guided by a cloud of golden mimosa blossoms. It’s whimsical, but also about renewal and presence — and yes, maybe a little strange in just the right way.
The process was a full-body experience: I visited a contemporary dance performance, borrowed mimosa branches from a relative’s garden, and spent April caring for a branch in my studio as I painted.

Thank you for reading. Even from far away, your curiosity and thoughtful feedback mean so much to me.
